How do I track my order?
Answer: By default customers are updated on their order status via email, however:
- You can track your order using the virtual chat assistant, Select "What's my order status" in the chat prompt then proceed to input your email address and order number eg. (#1001) in the chat to display your order status.
- You can also Contact Us via Telephone to know your order status.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Answer:
- Orders placed before 11am will be delivered on the same day
- Orders placed after 11am will be delivered on the next day
